Golden Chai

Chai tea is a flavorful mixture of black teas and spices. It is inspired by tea making methods in India, where tea leaves and spices are simmered with whole milk. Technically this is Masala Chai, as “chai” is the word for “tea” in various Eurasian languages, and “masala chai” would mean a mixed-spice tea.
