smoked paprika

Teaspoon
liquid smoke
can use 2 tsp for more smoke

brown sugar substitute
Truvia brown sugar is good brand

water
if needed to thin

chipotles from can + 2 Tablespoon of the adobe sauce

soy sauce or worcestshire sauce

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
4 cloves garlic,
14-16 Ounces diced tomatoes,
1 Tablespoon onion powder,
2 Tablespoons tomato paste,
2 Tablespoons mustard,
3/8 cup apple cider vinegar,
3 Tablespoons smoked paprika,
2 Teaspoons salt,
1 Teaspoon liquid smoke,
2 Tablespoons brown sugar substitute,
1/2 cup water,
2 chipotles from can + 2 Tablespoon of the adobe sauce,
2 Tablespoons soy sauce or worcestshire sauce,
1 oz bourbon
Reduce over medium heat if the consistency is too thin. Add more water if consistency is too thick. The consistency is a matter of individual taste.
