Instant Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix

A quick and easy dry mix for a pumpkin spice latte that keeps for 6 months

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • ½ cup powdered nondairy creamer spiced pumpkin flavor is you can find it
  • ½ cup instant coffee granules
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup instant vanilla pudding mix pumpkin if you can find it
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice less if you are using pumpkin instant pudding mix

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until mixture is a fine powder.  Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
    1 cup nonfat dry milk powder, 1/2 cup powdered nondairy creamer, 1/2 cup instant coffee granules, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • To prepare hot latte:  Dissolve 2-3 Tablespoons mix in hot water and stir well.  Garnish with whipped cream, a dash of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick if desired.

Notes

Note: A shot of bourbon in the latte is a nice evening cocktail.
