Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1/3 cup whey protein powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup ice cubes
Remember to run hot water in your blender right after making the smoothie so that cleanup is easy (it’s hard to clean if you let it sit without water).
