Mixology (with shrubs)

Adding strawberry lavender syrup to champagne for craft cocktail

Craft cocktails using shrub syrups can be a simple way to enhance your drinks without a lot of “mixology” skills.

Sometimes shrub syrups are called drinking vinegars or also referred to as just plain shrubs.

If you don’t do alcohol, shrub syrups can also be used as a healthy alternative to sugary sodas or to make mocktails.

And finally, some shrub syrups also make wonderful salad dressings or marinades!
